Remodeling & Additions

This is a small 1/2 bath addition connected to the master bedroom. This area use to be part of the laundry room, we framed 2 walls and cut out a doorway to the master bedroom. This bath features a pocket door that saves floor space compared to a conventional swinging door, a new toilet, vanity and slate style laminate floor. New plumbing and electrical were necessary and we went with a canless adjustable main light, a 3 bulb vanity light providing plenty of light to the bathroom and with outlets on both sides of the vanity giving convenience to plug in all those electrical devices. And with a simple set of shelves beside the toilet to keep towels and nick- nacks completes this bath.
